Children’s Museum Campaign to Raise Funds for Imperial Location

The Children’s Museum of Houston hashad a presence in Fort Bend County for years. Now the museum is working on establishing a permanent home in the area.

Its goal is to open the Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center in the summer of 2015.

The new facility will be part of the Imperial Development in Sugar Land. Preliminary plans call for locating the center in a two-story, 20,000-square-foot restored building in the mixed-used development. It will house six exhibits and provide access to an outdoor area. Continue reading

Fall is Here at the Farmer’s Market at Imperial!

Come out to the Farmer’s Market this weekend and enjoy the awesome fall weather while you listen to live music and shop!

 

Chef Zierau is back from being out on the road and will be serving his famous Zierau Kobe Beef Sliders.  Come gather around his booth and watch him prepare them.  He always has an assortment of family dinner casseroles for sale.

Have you tried the beautiful Chipotle Rigatoni from Tavola Pasta? Try it with a Bolognese sauce and a crispy ciabatta from  Angela’s Oven. The combination makes a fantastic dinner!

Gundermann Farms still have lovely squash blossoms… get them while you can!

Janet Green will make a guest appearance with her collection of colorful and interesting yard art.

Remember to stock up on your favorite spicy or regular Kettle Corn for the football game from the Big Poppa guys!
